  1. Several of this beautiful line of trees have been lost now and the remaining trees have put on a very heavy crop this year with many conkers still on the ground. some people will have some potted up and look forward to the ones I have put some in coming up in the spring If anyone can plant one or more would. I will contact the council also about trying to find a small plot where a nursery space could be allocated. Also the Holm Oak toward the junction with Peckham Rye and Nunhead Lane has many acorns on the ground
  2. To the owner of a Samsung phone that was found on the roadside around the upper end of Peckham Rye, yesterday, 26/7/19. Your phone has been handed in by myself to the St. Christopher's Hospice shop adjacent to Dulwich Caf? , opposite The post Office on lordship lane, if you're not familiar with the area. Staff say that it has not been claimed but say they are keeping it charged and will answer on your calling. Either PM me here or call in at the shop with ID Thanks

They say that the terrapins belong to a person who works there and that they have been asked to remove them. I saw the tank and the struggle the creatures had to mount the floating islands. The gradient from the water to a out of water resting place is far too steep, the equivalent of a human treading water and pulling oneself out of a deep end swimming pool by arms alone. Very exhausting and unacceptable in welfare terms. Brought to the attention of ward Cllr.

  8. This thread was brought to the attention of ward police officers at the L.P.T meeting last night at Caf? G. They said they were aware of the matter.

Do you have any photographs that you have taken that you can post to show how the land looks now ? Have you raised your concerns with Will Walpole, park manager,Peckham Rye ward Councillors, Cllr Dr. Hamvas and Cllr Mills or the management of the festival to find out what is being done in reparation ?

No Cllr was present. The first Friday of the month was the 6/4/18, no? There are serious issues in the vicinity of that venue that relate to the subject of this thread that I came to highlight with yourself Cllr Dr. Hamvas or your colleague, hence me attaching to this thread. Could you, or your colleague, also remedy the fact that there is no information on the notice board regarding ward councillor surgery timetables

  12. Another unsolicited post from Blah Blah It is out of order to pubish a private message in the public forum, which has my name and details about my family in it. There was nothing political about it at all. I was simply sharing my concerns with you privately. You could have replied privately asking me not to message you again. I have asked the admin to remove your post.
  13. Blah Blah Please do not send me unsolicited private messages, especially those of a political kind. Hi there, We had some discussion about this event at the Labour Party branch meeting. My household is one of those affected as being closest to the site. We have two small children and free tickets are no use to us. We can't take a 7 and 9 year old to an all day music festival for three days. But as you can see from the report, final plans have not been submitted from the organisers yet on transport, dispersal, damage etc and there is still plenty of opportunity for local people to have a say on those things. Renata and Vikki both also share those concerns. Getting 8000 alcohol fuelled people out of the park at closing time is going to be a challenge I think. We also have concerns about urinating and litter in surrounding streets too. It all depends on the kind of people that go to the event really. Good luck with the councillors. Best wishes David.
