My kids Judo Club is about to launch a Female Only Judo Beginners Course. Saturday mornings for 8 weeks. Starts 12 September. If you want to get fit, get more confident and have fun, why not try something different and sign up. Fun mother and daughter activity? Absolutely no experience required. All ages from 11 welcome. Coaches will teach girls and women the fundamentals of judo, helping them to improve self defence skills and building their confidence, strength and self belief. The course costs ?45 for which you get your own Judo Suit to keep, a 4 month judo licence, all eight sessions of expert coaching plus a final grading assessment, which is a saving of nearly half the usual cost. All Northbrook coaches and volunteers are enhanced DBS checked, insured and hold all the most recent and valid qualifications. Can anyone help me? I have a tiled path leading to my front door and need it tidied up next week. Some of the tiles have come off (they're the red and grey large square ones, not the tiny Victorian tiles). I have most of them and can get replacements for the rest. I need someone who knows what they're doing to come and refix them back on and grout the path to seal it. Please get in touch if you can help.
