  1. Unless one of the nuts is lose, try some mastic
  2. as can The Guardian, nasty rag He won't walk away as he still has political ambitions Johnson was a baffoon
  3. When I was there at lunch time today the work was well underway and they seemed to be finishing the final works so hopefully tomorrow the bus stop may have "re-opened". There was enough space for the P13 to have gone to an alternative location in the car park to drop off and pick up passengers today. It was sheer laziness by TfL not to make alternative arrangements.
  4. yep, London does not need a Mayor, we did without one before, its more administrative costs that we all pay in council tax.
  5. That will be a sad loss to Walworth, last time I went past it looked as though it had undergone a makeover. Times change, shopping habits change, blame the likes of amazon and online shopping for the closure, convenience is good but it has hidden consequences. But then it could be down to the cost of running the site, who knows or just a cost cutting exercise by M&S. Sad anyway.
  6. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
  7. Liv - sorry to hear this happened to you, really horrible. Take care.
  8. Totally agree. The newbie I spoke to and met on reception was so nice, kind, helpful, thoughtful, it was a pleasure to deal with her. Thought I wasn't at FHRGP, but somewhere else. However "some" of the old guard are still holding out, being as difficult, belligerent and unhelpful as ever as the "gate keepers", its a shame they can't appreciate that we are patients who are responding to their initial contact made out of the blue by the surgery. i.e. being told they "wanted" me to have a blood test without a coherent explanation as to why. Wouldn't mind if it had been as a result of a consultation, but when it comes out of the blue and the receptionist fails to introduce herself properly, I become somewhat suspicious. The pre-booked blood test appointment system at the Tessa Jowell Centre has bedded in and runs well on the last tow attendances, well done to them. Virtually no queues, lovely staff so all good.

  10. you can't change the spots on a leopard, insert mccash as you see fit..............................................
  11. They are two cheeks of the same backside, only looking out for themselves as they are mostly career politicians, party second, country third, honestly the whole lot and system stink. And after what Boris did whilst in office he should be kept as far away as possible from al political involvement,i) as he's no longer an MP and ii) as damage limitation.
