Has anyone come across a strange man who seems to hang around Dulwich library area? He?s mid thirties, dark long hair (pulled back in a pony tail). He?s often talking to himself or approaching random people in the street and asking strange questions. He?s previously come up to me and made pretty outrageous allegations about a shopkeeper and I?ve seen him handing out flyers and riding a bike around LL as well. Today he knocked on my front door but thankfully I was upstairs and didn?t get down in time to answer. Just wondering if anyone knows what his deal is and if the police are aware of him. Thanks
