  1. Experienced maintenance worker wanted, for a commercial building in East Dulwich. Ideally freelance/contractor that can work with us, in-house, for approx 30 hours per week. I am looking for somebody who can carry out the following works, and help to organise bigger work items with other contractors that may be needed: General maintenance, painting/decorating, fixing loose furniture / general building issues, plus a basic knowledge of electrical work and plumbing would be useful. You are a people person and good communicator, highly organised, great attention to detail and with an appreciation of the speed and workload of working as part of a start up. You have an appreciation for the Oru brand & core values of the business and seek to collaborate with the wider team in developing our offering. Hours can be flexible within reason, but we are looking for someone to work with us on a weekly basis and become a valued member of the team. We are happy to look at an hour range between 20-40 hours. The aim is to carry out the majority of work during standard hours, but some work will need to be carried out early morning/evening/weekend times in order to work around the building tenants. The aim is for the majority of main tools to be provided on site, but this can be discussed depending on how applicants normally work in such roles. Salary: ?13.00 per hour (Contractor / Freelance preferable) Location: East Dulwich
