Hi We have just had an extensive flat refurbishment carried out and I would highly recommend our builder Alex who's company is www.londonremodelling.co.uk. Alex and his team completely refurbished our flat including; Structural works - chimney removal, window opening enlargement, extensive floor joist replacement, ceiling replacement, roof strengthening. Architectural works ? new toilet, kitchen, new electrics, new gas and plumbing, new gutters, plastering and painting etc. During the works Alex uncovered a unstable floor and we ended up having to replace most of the floor joists in a section which was quite complex. Alex?s team worked through the weekend to minimise disruption and only added one week to the programme which was exceptional considering the increased scope of works. The quality of workmanship is very good. I added extras in as the works progressed and they were priced very fairly and the work carried out efficiently. They closed out all snags immediately, were tidy during the works and minimised disruption to the neighbours. I would not normally post but I know how difficult it can be to find a good builder.
