  5. Hi first time mum here. I am looking to buy a buggy but Iw ant somethinf quite light and compact that goes from birth and is good for old kids too. I basically want it to last. There are so many on the market and they are expensive so I want to make a good choice. If you are happy with yours. Pkease share with me the make and model. Lightweight and compact is essential as we have stairs to climbs and narrow space only... Thanks for your help.

Also if anyoke has a sling/carrier for a very small baby and could show me what they have and how they carry by posting a picture or even meeting up around peckham/camberwell /ED i'm up for it. Thanks.
  8. I have not received it but had to postponed the pickup anyway hopefully the lady who was donating it will be ok for us to reschedule and be better prepared. Thanks for your message it was very kind of you to come to our rescousse ! I have posted everywhere and you are the only person who messaged us so really appreciated it!
  9. Hi, thanks for your message. - Is that literally from the pavement into a car or from within the house itself ? For the pick-up: the washing machine is in the garden so ground floor level, there is a side return and a ramp down the street. We have an ok trolley to help roll it but the main job would be to put it into the van so my boyfriend doesn't hurt his back. - will it go into the car on its side? If so has the water in the pump been drained ? I think the water pump's been drained, but unsure... - if the boot of the car has a lip what is the height ? At the back, I don't know it's a Zipcar Volkswagen transporter. - Roughly what time this evening ? Between 6:00 and 6:30. Best, Neila.
  10. Very long shot here but i can't help my partner tonight to collect a washing machine near the end of peckham rye park on forrest hill road whuch was offered to us and we realy need it. I am pregnant so it's too heavy for me to carry. Would someone be able to help us just to put it in the car when we pick it up there. We would find help from neighbours when we arrive at home but know nobody near the area of pick up.
