    Community Panel Members facilitate restorative Referral Order Panels  with young people who have committed an offence, their families and occasionally victims.  Panel members are listeners, team-workers, people who believe in repairing harm and supporting young people to make the most of their lives.  While panel members don’t need any specific qualifications or skills, the role does involve reading reports and understanding complex social situations.
