Role Overview
Key Responsibilities
· Manage appointment requests and liaise with patients and the clinical team
· Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality
· Support health promotion campaigns and encourage the use of digital tools
· Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally
· Assist with data entry and ensure accurate medical records
What We’re Looking For
· Reception or customer care experience
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient with PC skills (e.g. Word, Excel, and email)
· A passion for helping others and being part of a team
· Experience with EMIS Web is a plus, but not required
· NHS experience is advantageous but not essential
