Setting Positive Intentions
Through Transformational Breathwork
For March and April’s sessions, we will be starting things slightly differently. The focus will be on setting a clear intention before moving into the circular, connected, conscious breath. This will provide an opportunity to hone in on emotions that you’d like to explore and release.
We'll begin with grounding, stretching, and tuning into the sensations of our bodies. This moment allows us to become more aware of how we are truly feeling, offering us a rare opportunity to simply be. For many, this is a crucial time to pause and check in—paying attention to the body, thoughts, feelings, and emotions.
We’ll then shift into a short meditation to help you focus on your intention, whether it’s something you bring with you or something that arises naturally during the session. Giving yourself the space to connect with what it is you’d like to work on during the breathwork will help keep it in your mind as we move forward.
Whether your intention is about letting go, moving forward, creating new energy, or manifesting a specific wish or desire, you’ll have the chance to set this intention as a focal point throughout the session.
That said, the breath may take you on an unexpected journey, and that’s perfectly okay! The beauty of breathwork lies in trusting where it leads you, and it’s a powerful opportunity to flow with the process, embracing what is right for you in the present moment.
Each session is unique, offering something different every time. The openness we cultivate can bring profound clarity, purpose, and joy.
