Story Jam's Alys Torrance* has a story for you - a good juicy one to give you a midweek boost to get you through the rest of the week.
Here's a riproaring adventure to see out Winter and cheer you into Spring.
Darkness will be defeated. Heads will roll, a potato will be weaponised, locks will be licked, tongues will be tonged, and two people will have to climb out of a window. It's a tale to make your hearts race, your hair raise, your ribs be tickled. It's one last story of the season to send you home with Spring in your step.
Come along to the Palmerston, grab a drink and slip out of the everyday for an hour or so.
Doors open at 7pm, the story starts at about 7.10pm, there's an interval at a critical cliffhangery point in the story, and we'll be finished by 8.30pm. It's going out, not out-out!
If you've never been to a storytelling night before, all you need to do is sit back and rest your bones, friends. There is nothing for you to do except listen and enjoy.
