I am madeleine a yoga instructor trained in yin yoga, vinyasa/hatha meditation and breathwork - giving community classes for three Fridays 7th,14th and 21st of March.
this is aimed to be an accessible and centred environment to add some movement,breath and calm to your week. Restore the central nervous system, find confidance and fluidity in asana and new possibilities for your practice and off the Matt.
