Our First Aid courses equip you with the knowledge and confidence to act quickly in emergencies, potentially saving lives when every second counts. Attending a first aid course is one of the most valuable things you can do for yourself and those around you whether that be work colleagues, friends or family.
Courses are led by Alleyn's Head of Adventure and Safety Training, Richard Alldrick.

Pregnancy Fit will be back on Thursday the 1st of May. This class enables women to maintain their fitness throughout their pregnancy using whole body workouts that help to support the body and the changes that occur. Manage aches and pains with exercise suitable for all fitness levels and keep your strength up for birth and beyond.
When: Thursdays at 7pm - 8pm
Where: Mission Bubble Studios, Blackwater court, East Dulwich
