Learn tools and techniques that will help you and your partner learn how to stay calm, make informed decisions and work together to prepare for an empowering and positive birth experience.
Hypnobirthing Place Weekend Course
When: Sat 21st Sept (14.00 - 18.00) & Sun 22nd Sept (12.00 -16.00) Where: Push Studios, off Lordship lane Hypnobirthing can be done any time from 17 weeks in pregnancy onwards and is an informative and empowering preparation for birth; combining breathing and relaxation techniques, practical and transformative things you can do throughout the weeks of preganancy and how to help your mind and body work together during labour.
Whether you are planning on giving birth at home, in the labour ward or birth centre, you will learn how to apply the transformative tools and techniques of hypnobirthing and how to make informed decisions about your care. Partners will learn how to proactively support you during pregnancy and labour, so that you both feel more confident about what to expect and how you can positively influence your birth experience.
